Our client, a top rated resort is seeking a Hotel Manager to oversee operations of a property in the Caribbean. This position reports to the General Manager and is accountable for overall operation of the resort by participating in the decision-making related to the hotel policy, philosophy, directions, goals and objectives and by taking appropriate action for their implementation as directed.

Candidates must possess a minimum 5 years in an EAM/Hotel Manager role with a top quality and luxury resort/hotel property. Resort experience is a must and they would like to hire someone with current or previous Caribbean or island deluxe resort background in the world.

Oversees the performance of the Rooms Division with the Front Office Manager, the Executive Housekeeper, the Guest Services Manager, the Security Manager and Health Club Manager, F&B and Engineering Departments. Provides guidance and assistance in the execution of their responsibilities and helps them set their respective departmental objectives under the direction of the General Manager.

Directs and controls all F&B, Rooms and Engineering heads to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met. Oversees the service standards, quality, consistency and presentation in the outlets under his/her responsibility to ensure that they conform to the requisite standards of the resort and meet or exceed customer expectations.

Salary of $100, 000USD base gross taxable, plus accommodation on property for single. Married or young family. Bonus, excellent company benefits are offered.
