The role would be exciting to someone who has worked as a General Manager in China or in Hong Kong.
Our client requires a dynamic individual with strong entrepreneurial style, excellent people skills and business acumen. The successful candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, as well as being systematic, analytical and resourceful.
He/she should have a proven track record in luxury hotel operations in a General Manager capacity. The candidate should be highly customer-orientated with the ability to lead and motivate their team.
The General Manager must have a successful history of increasing revenues and profits by implementing aggressive marketing initiatives, improving productivity, customer service and team building. You must be very hands-on and a creative individual with an outgoing personality.
Other requirements for this role also include:
Diploma/Degree/Professional Qualifications in Hotel Management.
A proven track record with a stable career history.
Extensive experience in hotel management in large scale operations in SE Asia.
Complete knowledge in the functions essential to operate hotels of a large size 400 rooms plus.
A thorough knowledge of hotel s operating policies and standards would be expected.
Ability to co-ordinate functions into efficient and coherent operation.
Good owner relationship is always important.
