Executive Pastry Chef

Our client, who operates a very successful, busy and classy upscale restaurant group in Dubai requires an experienced and hands-on Executive Pastry Chef.
He/she will independently handle the Pastry and Dessert department at the central kitchen of the group. The brigade consists of pastry and dessert chefs. Candidate must be a hands on pastry chef who has worked in standalone Patisserie Groups or hotels where they produce Cakes and Pastries as well as New age desserts. Creativity is the key for this job. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for all aspects of Pastry and dessert kitchen including food cost, manning targets, health/hygiene, sanitation, rotational dessert and pastry menu development, training, and leading the team following all company standards and respecting company SOP’ s.
Salary: US $60, 000 - 65, 000 Gross (tax free) commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus, Medical coverage, Accommodation allowance on family status (No Kids). 30 days leave and travel to home will be covered once an year.
