We have been retained by our client in Algeria, an international brand Hotel with multiple restaurants and over 200 rooms, whom requires an excellent Executive Chef.
As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen operations, banqueting and catering. Expected to exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food related functions for the kitchen.
The Executive chef targets improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Supervises all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced. Responsible for guiding and developing staff including direct reports. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
Owns the skills to communicate and to lead by example, influence, develop and encourage others to excel, implementing clear guidelines and control procedures for kitchen operation, and kitchen productivity, quality, consistency and costs. You will report to the EAM F&B & GM.
You must be able to speak basic French

COMPENSATION: Salary 4500 Euros/Month Net Negotiable plus bonus, accommodation, health benefits, transportation, annual air ticket, single or married status welcomed.
