Our client, an exclusive club opening soon in Dallas, Texas is searching for an outstanding Executive Chef who will oversee and direct his culinary team in the quality execution of contemporary Southern France and Northern Italian cuisine.

The successful candidate will supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product. Responsible for guiding and developing the kitchen brigade. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.

Must haves:
  • Certified or Culinary School graduate
  • Experience in French, Italian and New American cuisine
  • Farm to table experience
  • Sustainability practice experience
  • Nutritional & dietary knowledge
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Up to date with culinary trends
  • 10 +years’ experience in the culinary world with experience managing and leading a team
