They are a rapidly expanding Hospitality Group that owns a large number of restaurants, hotels/resorts, as well as newspapers.   • 3-5 years of high sales volume and multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • Must have free-standing restaurant experience
  • Must have significant pre-opening experience
  • Must have fine dining experience
  • Excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Very-much hands-on oriented
  • Must have Asian restaurant experience
  • Ability to select, train, coach and develop all levels of their team



  • Reports to the COO
  • Ensures operational effectiveness through leadership in all restaurant divisions
  • Work with management to develop SOP’ s and strategies
  • Support and direct restaurant management to achieve revenue targets
  • Direct and lead the effectiveness of all projects
  • Participate and manage all budgets and forecasts
  • Oversee guest services process with a view at enhancing customer satisfaction


Salary: $50, 400 - $62, 400 USD/annually Net plus accommodation allowance, transportation allowance, mobile phone, health & medical plan for self and family, life insurance, annual flight for self and family, 30 days annual vacation, meals.
